Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she stopped gymnastics. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. This made her the oldest IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her college education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB in history. Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished third in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. Supersetting all of the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
